Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny

create alias joy_(pokemon_legends:_z-a) -> nurse_joy_(pokemon_legends:_z-a)
create implication nurse_joy_(pokemon_legends:_z-a) -> nurse_joy
create alias jenny_(pokemon) -> officer_jenny

Other characters who are more well know with their titles than without, such as Lt. Surge or the various professors, have all had their tags changed to include said titles. I think it only makes sense to change these as well, as they're also typically referred to with their titles. I've included the Z-A Joy tag for consistency's sake, as well as implying it to the base tag.

I feel like this would just overcomplicate things. While Nurse Joy is an anime-only character, I typically see Pokémon fans use "Nurse Joy" to refer to any Pokémon Center nurse, anime or otherwise. Even for the Z-A design, which has never appeared in animation, I still managed to find quite a few posts that use the name "Joy" in the artist's commentary. It may be a misnomer, but I think they should remain under the same tag as the actual Nurse Joy from the anime, though I wouldn't be opposed to making pokemon_center_lady and pokemon_center_clerk into aliases.
