Seems like this tag was made a few months ago. I searched the forums a bit, and forum #305832 mentioned that this tag *should* be mostly reproduceable with anilingus male_penetrated hetero, in a conversation where tags like female_spanking_male were shot down. So I guess this tag shouldn't exist, and instead people should be better at tagging male_penetrated? (Assuming all rimming counts as penetration?)
The definition for anilingus only specifies that it's a form of oral sex involving the anus, not that it requires penetration. You can have oral sex without penetration (licking, kissing, etc).
I went through female rimming male and added male penetrated to posts where it was unambiguously depicting the act of penetration, and it's still only 6/29 posts under the tag. Most of the posts either depict non-penetrative stimulation or it's ambiguous as to whether it's penetrative or not.
So unless we have a tag for "male receiving non-penetrative anal stimulation" I don't think it's possible to reproduce this tag with a multi-tag search.
Feels like it would make more sense to have a male_anilingus tag (or female_anilingus depending on which is less popular) and then you could use additional tags to search accordingly such as male_anilingus hetero as replacement.
Edit: Actually only having one of the tags means it would become difficult to search for only hetero posts of the other so having both a male and female anilingus tag would be best.
Might be just me, but it's not immediately clear if male_anilingus means a male is performing or receiving it.
Rimming feels a little bit unique in that there's a somewhat even mix of f/f, m/f, and f/m posts. m/m and f/f can be found by adding yaoi/yuri. The problem is specifically differentiating m/f from f/m, so I don't see any harm in having tags that specify both genders.
Though I'm not sure what the tag would be named if you wanted to use "anilingus" instead of "rimming", for consistency. female_anilingus_on_male looks awkward to me

imo the problem is that male penetrated doesn't mean male receiving anal. it's also a kind of ambiguous considering "penetrated" can mean urethral insertion, nipple object insertion or even deepthroat but some taggers use it that way others don't
the tag name should be changed to match anilingus but i don't think female rimming male can be replaced with male penetrated currently based on what the words mean

In my opinion, this tag should stay. As others have mentioned, anilingus isn't synonymous with penetration, so you can't replace this search with "anilingus male_penetrated hetero." It isn't synonymous with either domination or submissiveness, so trying to find these posts using BDSM-related tags won't yield the expected results.
I was one of the people who added dozens of posts to this tag after this thread was created. When searching for "anilingus hetero," I didn't notice a significant difference in the number of posts between those where a woman uses her tongue and those where a man does.

As one of the first users of this tag this is what I initially came up with since it's modular with every permutation of genders and sex acts without having to make up gerunds as well as having simple constructions with preexisting tags, but I stuck with female_rimming_male because it's what's already used in Gelbooru, but I think it's high time to correct this.

The best way to deal with this in my opinion is replacing female_rimming_male with two tags: anilingus_on_male and anilingus_on_female. This way you can sort posts with "anilingus_on_male -yaoi" "anilingus_on_male yaoi" "anilingus_on_female -yuri" "anilingus_on_female yuri" and get correct results for all gender combinations.
The only problem I see with that are the group sex posts, where multiple instances could be found.
