Should traffic mirror imply mirror?

create implication traffic_mirror -> mirror

I'm unsure if this implication should exist because of cases where the mirror is facing away from the viewer (post #7759474), but I don't know if shouldn't exist either. Hand mirror does imply mirror and also has images where the mirror is facing away (post #11052404, etc.). I did just add mirror to images where it was clearly missing.

I think it should, it is a mirror of sorts

Well, currently the mirror tag is being used for the presence of a mirror as a separate object, not for the visibility of its reflective part.
It's kind of stupid, I know, but if we want to change that and make mirror only for the reflective part visible then we need to have some major fixing and deimplication due to stuff like hand_mirror or full-length mirror, otherwise there's already a lot of results like post #11255872 or post #11162605 that pull mirror and are going to show up a lot more often than traffic mirror.
