rename mei_ling -> mei_ling_(metal_gear)
deprecate mei_ling
It may be deceiving looking only for the tag mei ling, but expanding to it's variations such as meiling, meilin, meirin and mei-ling, the tag ends being ambiguous.
In *mei*lin* , I could count at least 47 tags (already excluded false positives) and if we take out variations of same meilin we end with 34 individual characters
As I don't know if a tag can be aliased to a deprecated tag to be deprecated together or if each variation must be deprecated individually, I'm opening with the tag that actually exists
