If we just rename the tag, it is kept available to be tagged as another copyright, artist or character. Deprecation remove the ambiguous tag from the availability, so this same topic wouldn't be brought in the future (another dolores needing to be renamed cuz it's too ambiguous)

I've been following the pattern used both for cosplay and the same pattern used for touhou characters (additional qualifier after copyright, cosplay at the very last)

Cosplay tags are a special case, since the current autoadd feature necessitates the _(cosplay) being at the end of tags. And if anything, those Touhou tags should be changed, since they're likely an artifact of oldbooru. Everything else places the copyright at the end (unless it's a cosplay tag).
