As far as I'm aware, this is the only transformation of Ditto to have an official name, and one of three with a chartag (the other two being the male and female Pokopia protagonists). Unlike the Pokopia protagonists, which could be drawn as regular humans, a Ditto Block is just a cube-shaped Ditto. You can't exactly make a personification of a Ditto Block, as it wouldn't even be a block at that point, it'd just be a personified Ditto. Any art depicting a Ditto Block is, by extension, also depicting a transformed Ditto.
