utility alias for spit_take

BUR #56968 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias spitting_reaction -> spit_take

This might just be me, but it's a pretty hard tag to find if you don't already know the name.

Also not sure if it should be spit-take instead.

Unhyphenated is fine, it's a simple adjective ("spit") describing a noun ("take").

There are other takes as well: eye take, double take, wild take, etc.
