The player character in Pokémon Pokopia is a Ditto that has transformed to look like a human.

Meh'd because I imagine there's some future benefit to keeping these two blobby blorbos separated from the general ditto tag depending on how much fanart we get of them.

If someone draws a human version of the character or if the character's real appearance is revealed in the future, then the implication would be a problem. I don't think it's a good idea.

Why was the Bulbasaur one rejected?

If it's a trend there's a risk that other gyarufied pokemon that are not bulbasaur might find their way under it.

But we have tags like Gyaru Slowpoke (Shin No Tenpii) so following that convention shouldn't they get their own tags? If they aren't Bulbasaur it doesn't make sense for them to be in a tag for Bulbasaur. If we don't want to have a bunch of small 1-off tag there should be a general tag for the concept of gyarufing pokemon.

Actually I'll just propose it. A character tag shouldn't be a catch-all for a concept.

I'll remove the implication lines then. Still don't think the Bulbasaur should be a dumping ground for other pokemon and a gen tag would better serve it.

What about just a gyarufication tag for characters taking on gyaru traits they don't normally have?
