rename winged_legs -> ankle_wings
Same thing. There were two posts of wings as legs, which I moved into the freshly created wings_as_legs. We also have leg wings, but I'm moving the bad posts in this tag manually (BUR following for renaming that one)

The prevalence of winged ankles in media means that leg wings often gets mistaken for ankle wings. This hopefully should make the name clearer. I'll clean up the tag of bad results. I don't know what else we could do to make the distinction clearer.
Wait... winged boots cannot actually imply ankle wings, because it could be at the top of thigh boots... This is a mess. I'll remove it from the second BUR, but I don't know what to do about this. There's no way our users will distinguish these.

The wings on footwear can also be located on the sides or front as well. I've only checked shoes, but I don't see a reason sandals couldn't have wings on the front as well.

That's a fair point, but we would need a new tag to search for these, because like 90+% are ankle wings.
