afaik we don't tag which article of clothing has a cutout. crotch cutout, pussy cutout, ass cutout, anus cutout, crotchless panties and backless panties should be enough.

Agree that it should go, but I think we need a tag to differentiate crotch cutouts that expose genitals from those that don't, like post #6986888. Maybe pubic_cutout?

It could also be cutout below navel, or could we more clearly define the differences between crotch cutout, pussy cutout, and cutout below navel?

This would be fine. I created the tag.

I also don't really get why we have crotch cutout vs pussy cutout vs crotchless. I assume it's to differentiate male vs female pics, but they are all 99% redundant.
