That's usually the case. Early provided names are usually slightly off due to slight mistranslations from the Chinese beta or intentional changes for the English localisation. The alias could probably be removed later once "Remielle" is shaken off from the community.

Should be a rename instead of alias.
It's fine to keep it as an alias for now. Although the tag was created recently, people outside Danbooru have been using the outdated spelling for a fair bit, so if they come here trying to search for the character they may not find them until they figure out what the new name is.
I also imagine she will have another name revealed later given Ramiel is a fake-name she gave characters. But Ramiel is likely still the name she will still go by either way. And I agree with WRS.

The implication is backwards: it should be "imply hoshimi miyabi (dignified blossom) -> hoshimi miyabi", not the other way around.
