deprecate kennel

BUR #55940 has been rejected.

rename kennel -> kennel_(artist)

there was a kennel (animal) tag before. it was ambiguous between doghouse and dog crate

btw we have pet carrier which seems to mean the same thing as dog crate most of the time. i thought i could imply cage from dog crate but maybe it's a better idea to merge these two together?

i need to write a wiki to deprecate the tag but the wiki is just going to be moved to the alias if i write it

is there a reason this isn't a rename bur?

A kennel is a structure or shelter for dogs... The term "kennel" can also refer to a dog crate or doghouse.

either way imo it's going to have to be kennel (for multiple dogs) or kennel (facility), not just kennel
