I think either directly this, or the concept of a clothing item as a power limiter being removed, are worth tagging. Right now the only tag for this is necktie around wrists but if you exclude Wuthering Waves from the search results (as it now makes up most of the tag) you realise that the tag is effectively serving two different definitions likely stemming due to the lack of a wiki: for bound wrists and for the same concept pictured above.
I hardly think Zani (Wuthering Waves) is the first or only character to use a necktie as a sort of power limiter. There's probably more examples in the wild of characters wearing suits who wrap their necktie around their arm when they're "getting serious". But necktie around wrists shouldn't be the name if its taggable.
One idea I had in mind if there's more examples of this to find is to change necktie around wrists. With one character already making up most of the results, it can be backpopulated to find more examples of other characters doing the same and then it could be renamed to something like necktie around arm (ETA: and what do you know, it actually has a wiki, but is only used on one post right now).
We already have other necktie_around_* tags though those are also not tagged much. This would then mean that bound wrists posts shouldn't use the tag. Neckties are an outlier for bound wrists because it's, to my knowledge, the only tag that specifically describes what the binding is done with, whereas other posts use bound wrists + another tag like just rope to identify the binding material.
