I think we want to distinguish between pill on tongue and a pill between teeth (post #9240022). They give very different vibes. Also, pill in mouth is mostly pills on the tongue, so the latter would be really hard to find.

But then again, we can do pill_in_mouth mouth_hold to specifically search for those, so I guess it's fine.
