See-through dress/skirt layer aliases

create alias transparent_dress_layer -> see-through_dress_layer
create alias transparent_skirt_layer -> see-through_skirt_layer

This is in line with other transparent_* -> see-through_* aliases

I noticed this alias was missing as well, but making it a separate BUR in case there are objections to it.

Gonna be honest, I don't see the difference between see-through skirt and see-through skirt layer. Maybe because most examples of the former are partially opaque or complex outfits, but I'm looking at both tags on side-by-side tabs and I can't tell them apart.

The way I understand it see-through skirt is for when an entire skirt is see-through

Whereas see-through skirt layer is for when there is a layered skirt, and only some of the layers are see-through while others are opaque

So see-through skirt layer should be mutually exclusive with see-through skirt? My issue is that these tag names are not very clear, and see-through dress layer won't work for the same reason why dress hold vs skirt hold didn't: people see dress, they think it's for any part of the dress, they don't think "it's actually for the top half and i should also use the skirt tag for the bottom of the dress".

I'll approve the aliases for now, but it's worth revisiting this.
