honestly i wish these all had aliases with "another" because
1. it's consistent with the more plausible ones like foot on own head and tags like lifting another's clothes
2. you don't have to think about WHETHER it should be separate or not because it's already separate
3. it's not impossible to put your foot on own head or even anywhere else if you use a portal (object) like post #7140634 (or if you are Monkey D. Luffy) so if that ever happens with the back someone is going to have to create a foot on own back and then we're going to have foot on back / foot on own back
4. if someone does NOT create a separate tag for such thing, they are just going to dump the rarer case into the tag that already exists. just like if there isn't a feet on ass, people just tag it foot on ass because it exists instead of creating the separate tag. if there isn't a feet on back, people just tag it foot on back. so if there is a post with a character that does put their foot on their own back, people are just going to tag it foot on back and then it's going to look like we don't have any posts with a foot on own back because nobody tagged it that way because they just used the ambiguous foot on back when that post did actually get posted
an alternative would be to do the opposite and just use foot on self for posts someone has a foot on themselves. also maybe get rid of all the "feet" tags and just use a single feet on another tag for when you place both feet on someone else.
Did you even check this BUR before submitting it? Some of these tags are plural pointing to singular. Also, we already have stepped on for someone being stepped on in general.
