She's only the 'original' in so far as she is the frame Groza used at the start of the game against Darture, which Darture retrieved after the fight, which means that it's also Groza (Groza Alter is just way more focused on her Griffin past). On a tagging basis though, until we decide what we want to do for a tag name:

Right now, options we have are ots-14_(girls'_frontline_2) (most correct by virtue of being playable name, does not play nicely with the parent/GFL1 tag), groza?_(girls'_frontline_2) (boss name, does not play nicely with normal!Groza's tag), and black_groza_(girls'_frontline_2) (internal name, also found in-game referring to her as such in graffiti/art form, most clear, most obscure).
