Replace "ibaragi_douji_(nioh) with "ibaraki_doji_(nioh)"

create alias ibaragi_douji_(nioh) -> ibaraki_doji_(nioh)

So, someone recently created a tag for this Nioh 3 boss, but they misspelled her name. You can see the correct in-game way her name is spelled in the artist commentaries on the two pics of her posted here so far.

You need to use the "Request alias/implication" link in the nav menu to create a BUR.

Misspellings should be renamed, not aliased.
