create alias bunting -> string_of_flags
As far as I can tell these two concepts are exactly the same.
Would be willing to flip this alias too but I feel like string of flag is more easily searchable then bunting.
Will note a bunting can refer to a type of bird as well, but not only is that incredibly niche information better handled by more specific tags, there doesn't seem to be any confusion between the two in the bunting tag itself.
Seems like just a duplicate tag of string of flags and a safe alias to me.
