deprecate cum_in_urethra

i thought this was a bad tag when i read the title and then i check it and it turns out it was really just the kind of bad tag i though it would be

when cum is coming out of the penis, that is called ejaculation. hasn't come out yet? imminent ejaculation. isn't coming out like post #10413726? orgasm denial

if there is cum in someone else's urethra then it needs a more specific tag for that. at most there would need to be a specific tag for penis cross-section

i checked cross-section ejaculation and most of it doesn't have cum in urethra. imo it should be filterable i just don't think the name sounds right (whose urethra? doesn't imply x-ray/cross-section) and i still think a general penis x-ray/cross section tag would be make more sense or else we'll need pee in urethra, beads in urethra, etc.

There are better ways to say "I didn't actually look at the tag" than this, and somehow of course that also always gets accompanied with you suggesting we should create five hundred other stupid tags.
