i was going to make native into tribal but then i noticed that is an artist tag, so i edited the bur with indigenous instead. i guess i have to rename the artist tag with a qualifier first? native_(artist)?

create alias native -> native_(artist)
remove alias native -> native_(artist)
category native -> general
create alias native -> tribal

I already fixed the tag for you, by adding the stacc name as the qualifier. In general, artist is a bad qualifier, unless there really is nothing better.

Now that the artist entry's been moved, you should be able to change the tag's category. Still not sure of the utility though.

thanks. i manually changed the tag category.

we have native american. when i typed "native" i didn't get anything that is "native" in general, only native american. i was tagging post #3875783 and idk if that's what native americans look like or not. that's why i think an alias would be useful.

tbh i think indigenous is probably a better "main" name than tribal because tribal feels like it's going to be mistagged tribal tattoo. but maybe i'm worrying over nothing

tribal is kind of a broad tag, but I get the vibe it's trying to go for. I don't think these aliases will do harm.
