Alias mono-eye into one-eyed

As I was making the deprecation wiki for Zaku, I realized that there's an obscure tag hiding between the Zaku tags, that being mono-eye. The weird thing about it is that we already use one-eyed for Zaku, so let's just alias that.

This should be aliased to cyclops instead. one-eyed includes characters with only one functioning eye.

I thought that initially too, but the fact something like post #9932641 was tagged with it did make me waver for a moment.

I hadn't even realized we had been using one-eyed for the Zaku/Gunbuster-type robots because my brain defaults to mono-eye. Cyclops makes sense for the reasons nnt said. I think you'd use mono-eye for a cyclops robot like a Zaku, but not for a one-eyed robot like Dix-Neuf or Captain Shark.

There are a lot more posts under one-eyed mecha than cyclops mecha.

That's because the connotation of "cyclops" in english tends to be skewed towards biological entities.

I should add that mono-eye is the in-world term for cyclops in many monmusu series like Monster Musume No Iru Nichijou.
