Fixing translucent/see-through tag inconsistency

BUR #54612 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias translucent_hair -> see-through_hair
create alias translucent_horns -> see-through_horns
create alias translucent_coat -> see-through_coat
create alias translucent_fur -> see-through_fur

Our primary format for these tags is see-through_*, so the translucent_* and transparent_* tags should be aliased. Quite a few already are, but some aren't.

I'm not sure what to do with translucent swimsuit, I know we already have see-through tags for some various kinds of swimsuits so it should probably just be gardened. Don't think it has enough usage to necessarily need deprecation?

whatever happens, i want to see the word translucent gone because looking through the examples it's clear that taggers cannot be trusted to understand the distinction between transparent and translucent. see the translucent/transparent_horns in post #8999301 vs post #3473071 for an example.
