Give no_halo_on_purpose a better name

BUR #54506 has been rejected.

create alias no_halo_on_purpose -> halo_loss

This tag is good, but the name is ugly and bad. halo_loss gets the point across without looking clunky as hell.

This name makes me think of fake halos falling off, or broken halo.

I think "intentional" is a better word than "on purpose", and I think missing halo would be a better description than no halo. So intentionally missing halo and intentional JPEG artifacts instead of no halo on purpose and JPEG artifacts on purpose.

In fact, other tags like no headwear probably should have been missing headwear. Compare no headwear, no legwear, no halo, no wings, no tail (something a character usually has is missing) with no shirt, no pants, no bra, no panties (something is just not being worn).
