For some reason, a combination of improperly formatted names, mixed original and translated names, and random (series) qualifiers. Let's clean this up and get it standardized.

create alias garou_(game_series) -> fatal_fury
create alias garo_(series) -> garo_(tokusatsu_series)
remove alias garo_(series) -> garo_(tokusatsu_series)

An optional BUR, but a potentially useful one. Fatal Fury has at least one entry in its franchise known as Garou in English, and in Japanese the franchise is known as Garou Densetsu or Garou for short. Meanwhile, Garo is a completely seperate franchise, with its first entry also being called just GARO (with 牙狼 alternatively romanized as Garou). So making this sort of distinction might be useful.
