A mixture of qualification and correction.
Some of these names do not align with the official English spelling names, so this BUR is to fix this.

I am adding these 2 as well, but I think they are less important.
First one is for her full name.
Second one is I assume a typo where the N is placed.

Aside from an outlier like Coco, Witch Hat Atelier characters have pretty unique fantasy names, so even though most don't have surnames, I don't see why a qualifier should be the standard for them (and I don't think it helps that the qualifer is a bit of a mouthful). All of these tags don't have any other character they're overlapping with. I left out a few very low post-count tags, as I think it makes more sense for unknown side characters to have a qualifier.
