All but three posts with the StarCraft II tag also have the StarCraft tag, so there's already considerable overlap. An implication seems like a no-brainer.

Not sure, I'm actually not very familiar with this series. I just saw that the sequel didn't have an implication and decided to submit a BUR for it.
Added 15+ posts to starcraft: brood war (can rename to starcraft or starcraft i) and a few more to starcraft: ghost
also consider renaming to starcraft_2 for consistency with diablo_2 etc
Ah; then I'd definitely approve BUR #24978, even if it makes the qualifiers of character tags inconsistent.
