Cambridge and a few other dictionaries list it as skin-tight. While Oxford and a few others list it as skintight.
Could be discussed but to be fair I don't really think it matters that much as skintight is already aliased to it.
I'd open the forum post under the Tags category nevertheless, you could edit your post and change the category.

Done—I hadn't noticed that option/menu.
Edit: Note that the Cambridge dictionary also lists the unhyphnated version.
