New song dropped by pino, I've created a tag (playing immortal (vocaloid)) for it and used it on post #10669418 but there is a high chance it is not up to standard.
I see a lot of other vocaloid songs are tagged with their romaji names, and have aliases to their en names. If anyone would like to take a look at it I'd appreciate it.
I'd also like some pointers on how to proceed in the future as i don't want to feel like I'm pushing work on to others

Copyright names should generally be in their original language, which for the majority of cases is Japanese. See howto:copyright for more info.
If a translated title is significantly more well known, it can be aliased to the original tag.

It was hard to get the name of this song because it's been uploaded to YouTube to show up with it's translated name. That's the reason why I've decided to go with it temporarily. Thanks for taking the required actions and letting me know about how to proceed from now on.

For vocal synth songs specifically, you can try looking it up on VocaDB. It's fairly thorough and well maintained in cataloguing songs.
