Anyways here's my Mrs. Snake BUR. Her servant name is Hebi Nyoubou (which translates to snake wife, of course) so let's go with that. INB4 it's not out on English so we don't have an official romanization, so going with ye olde elongated vowels. Going to handle Mrs. Snake (Second Ascension) (Fate) in the next BUR since that should be nuked.

Disagree, but he's implied because it first appeared as the Limited/Zero Over CE and there is a looooooot of fanart of Shirou in that form and not as Muramasa.

And limited/zero over was originally a gentag (because CEs used to be gentags before they got changed to costags), and then they got merged, and then they got implied. You can try reviving the old debate about it I guess.

And if that happens then we can create the tag. Sometimes characters never get their non-default outfits to surpass their default outfits in post count, and that's okay. Right now there's no reason to populate this tag.
