It was moved manually. @Hollow_Mellow, do not move tags manually like this, especially when it has an implication. Make a BUR next time.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, I'll make sure to use the BUR system next time. I was recently told that it's preferable to do it manually if it's a “small tag,” but I wasn't given an explanation of what a “small tag” is supposed to be, so I just assumed it meant tags that don't have a lot of uploads, which is why I did it manually. I think I have an idea of what a small tag is now, so I'll be more careful from now on.
