Three of these characters have the same name as a minor Toji no Miko character, so they need qualifiers. Added deprecation lines because 22/7's Maruyama Akane has 421 posts compared to the Toji no Miko character's 6, so it might be added again by accident, and if we're deprecating one, we might as well deprecate all of them at once.
Also throwing in another (Katou Riko) I found while working on this as a bonus.
