Leg_hold

deprecate leg_hold

People use leg hold for either holding own leg or holding another's leg. I don't think we need leg hold when it's basically the same as holding leg.

There's also hugging own legs, hugging own leg, holding legs...

I split this from topic #34420 as I thought "hold" and "around" are not that related but if we throw "hug" in then they become rather relevant to each other, and more ambigous too.

create alias holding_legs -> holding_own_legs

Changing the tag name to better reflect the purpose of the tag.

imo "hand on" is okay but "grabbing/holding" need to be merged

personally i vote for "holding" because you can technically "hold" someone's body parts without grabbing them like by wrapping your arms around them
