new tag: censored_by_condom

Condoms are occasionally used to censor penises instead of conventional types of censorship. It's somewhat common on doujin cover images.

If we do this then condom_censor would be more in keeping with other tags on the site such as scribble censor, steam censor, heart censor and bar censor. But your examples all seem to just be someone wearing a condom. I'd have expected a hypothetical condom censor tag to be more like post #8132247.

Seems to be cases of condom on penis where it's more opaque than usual (and the normally censored parts aren't covered by penetration)

Would prefer a tag for more opaque condoms. Would still be compatible with veiny_penis as the veins can be "hard" that even though there's no transparency they still show, but you could just opaque_condom -veiny_penis

I derived the name from censored_with_cum.

I can understand that it might be too context dependent to be useful. It would mainly apply when there's other kinds of censorship present, or external context like it being from an artists who otherwise censors their work conventionally, or if its a cover to a conventionally censored doujin.

I kinda get where you're going with this, but I can't see how it would be different from condom_on_penis. That aside, a better name would be opaque condom, or something that better explains what this tag is for.

I could narrow down the list to posts where its alongside other censorship, and then remove the ones that depend on external context.
