A redo of topic #32881. This tag juts seems to be a mix of sanpaku and constricted pupils

constricted pupils feels like an expression tag. some characters like Kobayashi (Maidragon) are drawn with small irises by design, which imo would end up polluting it.

although i also think the name of both tags sound weird because isn't this small irises instead of small pupils?

btw according to the sanpaku tag

The Japanese expression literally translates to "three white" as in the whites of the eyes being visible to three of four sides of the iris when the person with sanpaku eyes is looking straight ahead or when their eyes are at rest.
The most extreme form is called shihakugan, meaning "four-white eyes".

so that post i embeded should be shihaku not sanpaku, but we don't have a shihaku tag. maybe we should just make a shihaku tag?
