I'd go with creature personally. Hard to tell what kind of animal it would be, specially with that snout. Definitely not furry.

i'd say toothbrush considering she also has toothpaste in her mouth. i'm guessing the large handle is taken from foldable toothbrush designs that look similar when unfolded
