deprecate hoop
remove implication hula_hoop -> hoop
create implication hula_hoop -> large_hoop
hoop is supposed to be for large hoops but is filled with hoop earrings, o-rings, chakrams, hoop bracelets and even a basketball hoop. none of these things will ever be implied to hoop since it's only for large hoops so i think it's better to just deprecate it

So what should blunt, metal hoops like e.g. the ones Ichirin (post #7465115) or Suwako (post #9877118) are often holding or hoops that are neither weapons nor hula hoops (post #8084876 or post #7659208) be called now? Hoops are a decently common object and forcing all of them to be either hula hoops or weapons if there's no general hoop tag just creates a new problem. Unless hula hoop is meant to be our de facto large hoop tag now.
