BUR #50699 has been rejected.

There's no good reason for this important Sailor Moon artifact to be in Japanese. No one who does't know what it's called in JP will be able to find it.
I don't know anything about Sailor Moon but this could be a utility alias if it's a problem regarding finding the tag. The main tag's name should be what it's most commonly referred to as. There are plenty of tags, copyright specific and not, that you would not be able to find without knowing the Japanese for it and for a lot of those cases they have utility tags so you can type out vaguely what you think it is and get what the actual name for it is, like japanese teacup for yunomi (forum #321909).
If anything, its importance is all the more reason to flip the alias direction, no?
