BUR #51680 has been approved by @evazion.
rename lumine -> lumine_co.
This tends to show up as a suggested tag for art of Lumine (Genshin Impact), which is annoying.
I know nothing about it (apparently a mall?) but the company's website gives their full name as "Lumine Co., Ltd".

Regardless of the name, the category should be general since it has no characters of its own. topic #33260, howto:copyright. (I debated making the BUR using the renamed tag, but it should be fine if this BUR is approved first)
