I think the parent should be in the language of its country of origin. We prefer the original language because it facilitates our translation notes, so that (ideally) the translation is a community effort that can easily be edited if there's a mistake. We can't do that with hard translations. We also have to consider that some languages may introduce localization changes (to be fair, we also do this if necessary, but again, we can edit the notes to correct it if it goes too far) and we can't be sure if they're overreaching unless we have access to the original language. Whether you think they're minor or a reasonable change, it still means the two comics are not exactly the same.
Now in this case, Stella Sora is developed by Yostar, a Chinese company, so I think it's fine to switch the parenting until we get the Chinese version or unless there is evidence that the English version was translated from the Japanese version. But I don't think we should make it so it's only easy to navigate one of the comics nor should we favor English above all else without consideration of the country of origin or possible localization changes simply because this is an English-speaking site.
