some promotional art for selling figures uses 3d renders instead of actual photos like post #5442865 (says so on the image), post #10308824 (says so on twitter version) and post #10235198 (says so on commentary).
right now figure (medium) implicates photo (medium) so you end up with a post that is both a photo and 3d
does that make sense or should a tag like figure (3d) be used instead?

I would say that this is unneeded as we already have figure pulling the duty of 3D rendings see 3d figure, you can see this both for real figures and faux figurines.
oh yeah i misread the commentary. tbh i'm not sure if it's 3d or not because on pixiv it shows the 3d model. i think it's 3d actually because that moon doesn't look real
