remove implication striped_bowtie -> striped_clothes
create implication striped_bow -> striped_clothes
This way striped bowtie implicates striped bow which would in turn imply striped clothes rather than have both bowtie and bow do it separately.

create implication striped_bow -> striped_clothesStriped bowtie implicates both striped bow and striped clothes but striped bow doesn't imply striped clothes. It should be bowtie > bow > clothes.
Is a striped hair bow also striped clothes?

Yes, isn't it? It's a striped bow worn in the hair which makes it striped clothes, unless there's some reason it wouldn’t count.

The question is whether minor accessories like hair bows (or neckties) should count as clothing, since clothing normally covers the body and they don't. We're already doing this for striped scrunchies, striped wrist cuffs, striped hairbands, and striped armbands, but those are smaller tags nobody put much thought into.
In any case, a bow doesn't have to be worn on the body, it could be something like a bow on a gift box, so the implication doesn't work either way.
