Remembered this thread existed on a whim, and, remembering Damian mentioning this costume, so decided to check to see what I was looking at.
Unfortunately, Warioware has a lot more Wario alt costumes than I thought, and even with Super Smash Bros. in there, some posts use his default outfit. In the end, "Wario + Warioware" is not a good search for getting his default biker outfit from there, and so as a result, this tag must be proposed. Let's see what happens.

Due to contention in topic #32523 around the Mario Party 2 tags, here's an alt version of this BUR without them.
Wario (Pirate), the pirate outfit that's in Mario Kart World, is generally the same as his outfit in Game & Wario, which is currently tagged as Captain Wario (Game & Wario).

They need to be merged/aliased, but I don't have a strong opinion on which naming convention should take precedence and which should be aliased to, so I'm curious if anyone else has a preference.

I'll take a stance then. It's a general enough term to encompass both the World costume it is named after and Captain Wario. Game & Wario is, putting it mildly, an entry no one pays attention to due to being on the Wii U, so going with the more prominent name feels like it makes sense.
Yeah, chances are good most people didn't even know this costume had appeared before in Game & Wario. That's how low on the radar it is. Also, going for a more generalized qualifier always helps I think.
