Imply Alternate_Breast_Size catagories

BUR #46804 has been rejected.

create implication alternate_breast_size_(larger) -> alternate_breast_size
create implication alternate_breast_size_(smaller) -> alternate_breast_size

This is a simple subcategory implying the higher category BUR. I've started to notice that the subcategories are being added more without the higher category being added and thus an implication would be needed.

Really hope I got this properly formatted as this is the first BUR I can remember submitting.

Alternate breast size is a deprecated tag and cannot be added to other posts exactly because it has been split into (smaller) and (larger) tags. Please read the wiki of alternate breast size.
