When a man is portrayed as partially or completely invisible in sexual scenes, often so that his body doesn't obstruct the view of his partner.
Not to be confused with invisible, when a character is completely transparent as part of their design.
Invisible man is kind of an ambiguous name for the purpose of the tag. Any suggestions? lesser subject portrayed transparently is not terribly intuitive, so let's try to be more creative.
Ambiguous in what way and with what? Seems more like a case of a bad tag name (e.g. a lot of the tagged posts and wiki more suggest a transparent man).

Transparent man/woman might work, especially considering the fact there's a science fiction novel (and character) named "(The) Invisible Man"

Because we have invisible while also using gender specific things for certain tags like topless male.
Me when old gender tagging sense where the tag is automatically assumed to be female unless declared otherwise. You make a fair point.
Put my name down for transparent man unless anyone has a better idea. I'm fine with splitting this as a gender tag or making it gender neutral but as far as I'm aware, this tag is being used for a very specifically defined concept (fetish?) instead of just general transparency.
