BUR #43664 has been rejected.
create alias unworn_shoe -> unworn_shoes
Previously I created a BUR to deprecate this tag (forum #357602), because I thought it was aliased from shoe removed. But later I found out unworn shoe is actually a new general tag. (forum #275239)
So I think an alias is more appropriate.

deprecate unworn_shoe
unworn_shoe is actually mostly used for unworn shoes + single shoe. A deprecation is better in this case.
