The English title for the 2004 movie has a colon after the word "Ultraman" but before the words "The Next".

Character name is fine though, there is no colon for the character himself.

So basically

Ultraman: The Next (movie name)

Ultraman The Next (character name)

you probably don't want to drop the _(movie) qualifier. it's not an exact match but i can't imagine having a copyright and character tag with the only difference being a colon would pan out well.
