An implication would make more sense as "beverage dispenser" is an extremely broad term encompassing various devices that could dispense drinks such as post #9640400 with the backpack beer keg and a google image search will predominantly be of large glass/plastic containers with a spigot like (link 1 or link 2) as opposed to a soda fountain that has a generally common appearance and is found in business and cafeterias worldwide.

If you're going to connect the tags, but honestly I think beverage dispenser is too broad in meaning and would be better off deprecated and more specific tags used.

I think there's value in having a tag specifically for the stereotypical restaurant postmix machine (though the name might have conflict with its namesake), so an implication is probably best.

There's a pretty evident visual difference between post #6683048 and the beverage dispenser examples.

But that is also ignoring that the wiki clearly described it as a vessel connected to a faucet of which 6 of the 10 posts account for. The description also matches the common results when searching for "beverage dispenser" in google which is exactly what the examples images depict. Only your 1 post is a soda fountain which was tagged after the wiki was written and other posts matching the wiki description were tagged.

The name though is also incredibly meaningless in post #8699918 because what is the tag referring to? Is it referring to the things against the wall with the faucets and sinks/drip trays, the thing on the countertop that's probably a coffee maker, or something else in the image?

I'd also hesitate to include hot drink dispensers, because that easily blur the line with water boiler or coffee maker which coffee urns are.
