Shiny pokemon fix

BUR #41069 has been rejected.

remove implication shiny_pokemon -> alternate_color
mass update shiny_pokemon alternate_color -alternate_shiny_pokemon -> -alternate_color
create implication shiny_pokemon -> official_alternate_color

I'd like to try this again because right now it's practically impossible for a regular user to search for non-official alternatively colored Pokémon, either in general (pokemon_(species) alternate_color -shiny_pokemon vs pokemon_(species) alternate_color) or for specific Pokémon (sylveon alternate_color -shiny_pokemon vs sylveon alternate_color)...

Woops, turns out alternate shiny pokemon exists for the search issue. The implication is still inaccurate to the definition of alternate color, though.

I forgot that was a tag, woops. Well, it's not impossible then, though still technically inaccurate to the wiki definition of alternate color.

That tag's pretty undertagged, I'll try to do some more gardening for it.

@Confetto I'm pretty meh on this, but you should probably make it
update shiny_pokemon -alternate_shiny_pokemon alternate_color -> -alternate_color

To avoid catching those things you want to search for.

Also perhaps alternate_color pokemon_(creature) -shiny_pokemon might be more befitting ones that aren't shiny but just differently colored for no explained reason, like that pink butterfree and peoples furry ocs.

I think official alternate color and in general the proliferation of tags like official alternate facial hair is a bad thing, actually. At a minimum official alternate color should imply alternate color.

I think the thing is that it's hard to search for non-official alternate colors because they're usually outnumbered by official ones, especially in the case of Pokémon, albeit the underused alternate shiny pokemon does exist.

I do agree that official alternate facial hair and the like are silly.

The answer is to create more specific tags, not to throw everything into a big unsearchable cauldron. And shiny pokemon is four times the size of official_alternate_color. official_alternate_color would just be flooded with shiny pokemon, making official colorswap costumes unsearchable. That means we have to create chartags for those costumes, but then that turns official alternate color into a redundant tag.

Funny story, the wiki for official alternate color declares it is mutually exclusive with alternate color, which is probably why such an implication was never attempted.

Funnier story, shiny pokemon's implication to alternate color predates the existence of official alternate color. As I pointed out in forum #330641, alternate color never had the official/unofficial distinction alternate costume had, which is where official alternate costume comes from and why seemingly every alternate tag now has an official alternate counterpart.

Official alternate color's existence is redundant.
