The Japanese name is 共通衣装, which literally translates to "common costume", so it seems to be the official translation of the term.

I just suggested "Nijisanji idol uniform" based on similar tags for other agencies, if it has an official name let's go with it (even if it does sound weird).

To further justify/clarify this, when you search the term they've translated as "Matching Outfit" on the Japanese store (link) the results are only this costume, even though there are other sets with matching outfits (e.g. Valz, Selejo, Sanbaka).
